Do you have the correct insurances?
Yes, FBI Facility Solutions have 20M Public Liability coverage as well as WorkCover. Both are available upon request.
Are your cleaners permitted to work in Australia?
Yes, for all non-Australian citizens we utilise VEVO (Visa Entitlement Verification Online) to ensure that all potential new cleaners have valid work visas that allow them to work in Australia.
Can you provide references?
Yes, we are able to provide references from our happy and satisfied clients. They form an important part our proposal for your particular service requirements.
Do we have to sign a contract and if so what is the term?
FBI Facility Solutions have a Service Agreement that you can chose to sign, should you wish. Based our excellent retention rate and high level of service delivery,
Do you clean houses?
Unfortunately, we do not clean private houses only commercial properties/businesses.
